Birth entry for Eduard Peter Johann Hoyer in the church book of Pawlowsk (near Tzarskoe Zelo, St. Petersburg) 1850
Found by chance on familysearch.org, and with this I can add a new generation (one more than on the „bulgarian document“)
Furthermore the details of the entry are interesting as there are TWO entries for baptism of two children ! The mystery will be solved in the text belowDas Rätsel wird dann im Text wieder aufgelöst:

Due to that they were forced to postphone the baptism of both children until there had been a change in the fathers service. |
